We understand that some days can be challenging. That’s why the CUPE EWBT and our benefits partners, OTIP and Canada Life, provide our members and their eligible dependents with free access to a variety of wellness programs.
Canada Life’s Health & Wellness Resources
Explore Canada Life’s Health & Wellness Site and the Centre for Mental Health in the Workplace, through the My Canada Life at Work member site and app.

Starling Minds
Offered through OTIP, the Starling Minds Mental Fitness Program helps members to better manage their mental health through comprehensive, confidential online cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). It’s without stigma and in the comfort of their safe space.
Starling Minds offers resources and support to help:
- Manage anxiety and depression,
- Understand and combat burnout,
- Gain control of stress, and
- Get support for substance use and addiction.

Your Privacy Matters: Note that your personal information remains confidential when you access these programs. It is not shared with your employer, CUPE, the CUPE EWBT, OTIP, or Canada Life.
Wellness Events

Along with other partners and community organizations, OTIP offers our members a wide range of free wellness events.
