- Scroll down to Register for My Canada Life at Work;
- Click Start registration; and
- Follow the instructions to register (Make sure to have your plan and OTIP identification numbers ready before accessing the website.)

- Sign in to mycanadalifeatwork.com
- Select Info centre from the menu on the left side
- Select Benefits cards
You can also save your card to your mobile device with the My Canada Life at Work app. Benefits cards are at the top right and can be added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
