Determining Your Premiums

To keep our benefits plan sustainable for the long term, members share in the cost of premiums.

How much you pay towards your coverage depends on two things:

How many hours you work each week

Whether you choose health coverage, dental coverage, or both

  • Basic life and AD&D coverage are based on earnings.
  • Optional life and AD&D coverage are based on amounts chosen and approved. You will see the premium costs during the enrollment process
